Certain products that Sunny Luna creates such as tote bags or cushions are handmade and take a bit longer to make. Please keep this in mind as we carefully prepare your order. 

Orders within UK are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. International orders are unable at the moment due to the high delivery fees.

Please, allow up to one week for your order to arrive in UK.  

RETURN AND REFUNDS

Sunny Luna is happy to accept returned items.

If a customer has received a damaged item, Sunny Luna will require a photo of that item within 24 hours after receiving the item. If the customer requires a refund or an exchange of the damaged item, the customer must send the item back to Sunny Luna at the customer's own expense and a tracking number will be required, the new item will be sent once the damaged item has been received by Sunny Luna. Please, email us at [email protected] to arrange any returns. 

Please note that after 24hrs period and/or if the item(s) is/are damaged by the customer, Sunny Luna will not be made responsible and a refund will not be processed. 

If the customer wishes to return an unwanted item that is no longer needed, the customer is responsible for sending the items back to Sunny Luna at the customer's own expense, Sunny Luna will ask for a tracking number to make sure the item(s) was/were sent.  Sunny Luna will refund or exchange the item once we receive the item back in good condition.  If for any reason Sunny Luna receives the unwanted item damaged, the customer will be charge 50% of the cost of the item.
